Can you fix it if I do not have the place file?
Yes, as long as you can send the scripts involved and a clip of the bug happening. A place file just makes it faster.
What if the fix breaks something else?
That is what the revision is for. Tell me what broke and I fix it at no extra charge inside the revision window.
My game is live. Do you need to take it down?
No. I work on a copy and hand you the fixed scripts, so you publish when you are ready.
How do I know if it is one bug or three?
Send me the details before you order and I will tell you. I would rather scope it right than argue about it mid-order.
Systems vs Bug fix vs Full game?
Bug fix = repair broken existing behavior. Systems = build something new. Full game = whole playable game. Message the symptom in one sentence if unsure.
Is a rewrite a bug fix?
No. Redesigns are Systems (Standard/Premium). Bug packages assume the intended behavior already exists in code.
