Why do Shopify order emails go to spam even when I use their default settings?
Shopify automatically sends from shopifyemail.com, but if you use a custom sending domain, the default SPF and DKIM records are often incomplete or missing. Without them, Gmail and Yahoo flag your transactional emails as untrusted. I configure the exact DNS records needed to authenticate properly.
