My responsibilities included managing enterprise-level hardware, software, servers, and databases, ensuring 24/7 uptime for critical operations. I designed and implemented network infrastructure and electrical systems, including structured cabling, wiring circuitry, grounding, and online UPS power management. I deployed and maintained Bosch Building Integration System (BIS), covering access control systems (facial recognition, fingerprint, smart card), video management systems, digital sound system integration, and advanced video content analytics (VCA) such as human and vehicle detection, people counting, object removal detection, and line-crossing analytics. I oversaw comprehensive visitor management and security systems, including custom visitor management software, LPR cameras, vehicle barriers, hydraulic bollards, human body scanners, kiosks, lockers, baggage scanners, sliding turnstile gates, and automatic sliding doors. I also managed central monitoring servers, video walls, and advanced CCTV analytics platforms. Additionally, I implemented and supported complaint management software, coordinated with vendors, and handled customer relationship management. I provided team leadership, vendor support management, and continuous client communication to ensure reliable systems.
