Will I own the source code after delivery?
Yes, 100%. You receive complete source code, all database files, and full documentation. There are no monthly fees, no licenses, and no platform lock-in. The system is yours forever — you can host it anywhere, modify it, or hand it to another developer at any time.
Can the POS work on tablets and touch screens?
Absolutely. The system is fully responsive and optimized for tablets (iPad, Android), touch-screen monitors, laptops, and standard PCs. It works on any modern browser — no special hardware required. Most clients use a basic Android tablet for the counter and a laptop for the back office.
Does it support multiple branches or just one restaurant?
Both. The Basic package supports a single branch. The Premium package includes full multi-branch support with a centralized admin, separate inventory and staff per branch, and consolidated reporting across all locations. You can also start with one branch and upgrade later.
Can customers order online and pay with card?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages include a full online food ordering page with Stripe and cash-on-delivery built in. PayPal, Razorpay, Mollie, or your local payment gateway can be added on request. The ordering page is mobile-friendly and works as your restaurant's storefront.
Will you train my staff to use the system?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages include a free training video walkthrough showing how to manage orders, menu items, inventory, staff roles, and reports. Live 1-on-1 training calls are available as a paid extra ($60 / hour) if your team needs hands-on guidance.
What if I need changes or fixes after delivery?
Every package includes free post-launch support — 7 days for Basic, 14 days for Standard, and 30 days for Premium. During this period any bugs are fixed at no cost. After support ends, new features or major changes are quoted separately at fair, transparent rates.
Do you provide hosting and deployment, or do I need to set that up?
Standard and Premium packages include full deployment to your hosting (cPanel, VPS, AWS, or DigitalOcean) at no extra cost. If you don't have hosting yet, I'll recommend an affordable option that fits your traffic and guide you through purchase. Basic package buyers receive setup files and a deploym
Can you integrate with delivery services like Uber Eats or local delivery apps?
In most cases, yes. If your delivery partner provides an API (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Deliveroo, Talabat, foodpanda, etc.), I can integrate it during the build. Please share the partner's API documentation when you message me, and I'll confirm feasibility and pricing before you order.
