As a Product Design Engineer, I help entrepreneurs, startups, and businesses transform ideas into accurate, functional, and manufacturing-ready 3D CAD designs. I work from sketches, reference images, existing products, or simple concepts and develop detailed models that are prepared for real-world production. My experience includes product development for injection molding, 3D printing, CNC machining, and sheet metal fabrication. I focus on creating practical designs with proper dimensions, tolerances, material considerations, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to reduce production challenges and improve overall product quality. Throughout the design process, I pay close attention to functionality, manufacturability, and precision. I refine concepts into well-structured 3D models and production-ready files while considering how the product will actually be manufactured, assembled, and used. My goal is to bridge the gap between an initial idea and a finished manufacturable product. I provide reliable engineering support that helps clients move from concept to prototype and ultimately toward production with greater confidence, accuracy, and efficiency.
