Do you have many Excel or CSV files that need to become one clean spreadsheet?
I will merge them and fix the usual problems:
- titles and empty rows above the table
- the same column written in different ways ("Date", "DATE ", "date:")
- numbers with comma or dot decimals, dates in different formats
- extra spaces, empty rows, rows repeated across files (overlapping exports), while keeping genuine identical rows
- postal codes and VAT numbers that lost their leading zeros
You get one Excel file with filters, plus a report sheet that explains every change.
Your files stay confidential and are deleted after delivery.

How do I send you the files?
Put all your Excel or CSV files in a .zip folder and upload it when you place the order. Many files, different formats and even different column names are fine.
My files have different column names for the same data. Can you merge them?
Yes. Tell me which columns go together (for example “LINK” and “URL”) in the order requirements, and I will merge them into one column.
Is there a size limit?
Excel holds up to about 1 million rows per sheet. For very large files (more than 100,000 rows in total) please message me before ordering and I will send you a custom offer.
Will you delete identical rows?
I remove rows repeated across different files (overlapping exports). Identical rows inside the same file are kept, because they can be genuine data (for example two equal payments on the same day), and they are listed in the report so you can check them.
Are my files safe?
Your files are used only to prepare your Excel file and are deleted after delivery. I never share them with anyone.
