With an MA degree in Management Studies from the University of Aberdeen, I have spent many years working in various businesses on both sides of the recruitment process (as both a prospective employee and employer).     Mike is very professional and delivers exceptional work even though my niche is quite complicated to explain, but he had a good grasp of the topic after reading through my provided materials.
