I worked as a Technical Writer for several years before travelling and then retraining as a nurse. I carried on writing throughout and eventually started a blog about my adventures searching for lost apple varieties. I loved blogging so much I completed an MA in Creative Writing and earned a distinction for my piece on Lincolnshire folklore. I've been published online and in print since and contributed to an anthology of Lincolnshire writing.
