Both. Pick one platform per order and I build it there. The second platform can be added as an extra, since the core engine is shared.
Do I need to host it myself?
The code is deploy-ready and I include a guide to host it cheaply, often for free. If you would rather not touch a server, I can set up hosting for you as an extra.
What if the bot does not know the answer?
It says so and offers to connect the user with a human, instead of guessing. That rule is built into the prompt, so it will not invent facts about your business.
