No one knows your life or your story better than you. This is the fundamental underlying principle that will guide my work with you. My goal during our time together is not to tell you what you should do, or, should have done; my goal is to help you identify the (often indiscriminate) noise distracting you from acknowledging your life's purpose. This process may not be easy, but it will be worth it.
About Working Together
Our work will be individual and occur virtually. Once we’ve identified your area(s) of concern I will work with you to:
- Define what’s important to you and develop an action/accountability plan to achieve it
- Manage change by identifying and reducing the mindsets, values, attitudes and behaviors that thwart you
The length of our working relationship will depend largely on your specific goal(s) and uniqueness of your case.
