Hi :) my name is Michael and I'm a Nutrition Coach from Germany.
Nutrition will never be the only reason why you hit a new PR or win a race.
BUT nutrition can be the main reason why you don`t reach your goals!
If you want to be stronger, faster and better prepared in training or competition,
then a good nutrition is key.
If you`re feeling weak and low on energy and want to get fit again,
nutrition is also an important pillar in this process.
