• Recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process.
• Reconciling sales taxes, payroll taxes, bank accounts at the end of each month.
• Monitoring financial transactions and reports.
• Processing accounts receivable and payable.
• Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts
• Handling monthly payroll using accounting software.
• Monitoring for variances from the projected budget.
• Reconcile Bank Reconciliation & Payable Ledger
• Recorded of Dispatches and reconcile the debtor Ledger.
• Preparing the Salaries and Overtime and other HR payments
• Verify Contractor Payments on monthly Basis.
• Stock Consumption Report for Production
• Stock activity Reports.
• Checking the Finished stock Report
