Help you understand your development proposal in line with compliance frameworks and statutory tools(codes, Acts,guidelines) of Botswana while facilitating navigation of systems and processes in place( zoning ordinances, planning and building permits, environmental assessment , proposal/project viability, undertaking change of use, subdivision,consolidation, regularization etc). Additionally , where applicable an assessment report will be provided with a guiding plan on undertaking the required planning process and related time lines for securing building and planning permits in Botswana.
