Chi sono
I'm a product strategist and UX researcher with 15+ years building software at early-stage startups in Sydney and San Francisco. I've worked across SaaS, consumer products, and two-sided marketplaces including Eventbrite, Dwolla, and Bluethumb. I've run 100+ usability sessions and know what kills conversion before users ever tell you. I work best when the problem isn't fully defined yet. Based in Mexico City, remote by default.
