I sent some sketches over to Mrs Sumi so that we could get some elevations done to scale for planning permissions here in the UK. She worked quickly and communicated well. The final product was perfectly what we wanted and when we had revisions she made them quickly and without fuss. Would thoroughly recommend.

Very flexible and understanding with a first-time "designer." When the first effort wouldn't match the buildable space, she graciously agreed to put part of the initial payment toward a redesign. Although I hope not to be building more than one house, I wouldn't hesitate to use her again if I do!
