Very flexible and understanding with a first-time "designer." When the first effort wouldn't match the buildable space, she graciously agreed to put part of the initial payment toward a redesign. Although I hope not to be building more than one house, I wouldn't hesitate to use her again if I do!

Mrs Sumi produced some existing and proposed floor plans/elevations for a use class change in the UK. She was really helpful and quick to respond! I am very pleased with the overall outcome of the project. Something that might be helpful for the future would be a checklist at the beginning of the project...
