Do I need to give you my store account access?
Yes. You'll need an active Google Play Console and/or Apple Developer account. I'll guide you on giving me limited access, or you can create the accounts first.
Can you publish to just one store?
Yes. The Basic package covers ONE store (Google Play or App Store). Choose Standard or Premium for both stores.
