***ESP32/ESP8266***
Questo è un progetto IoT basato sull'automazione domestica che controlla due apparecchi tramite Wi-Fi usando ESP32.
In questo progetto ho creato la mia scheda ESP32 con componenti limitati, che può accendere/spegnere gli apparecchi di casa tramite Wi-Fi.
Sezione alimentazione:
AMS1117MPX-3.3 viene usato per alimentare ESP32-WROOM-32.
Ci sono 2 carichi: uno è +5VDC-1A e l'altro è 50VDC-2A, quindi per il carico 1 ho usato un buck converter sulla stessa PCB con TPS54360DDA, che può fornire +5VDC e fino a 3,5A di corrente.
La gamma di tensione di ingresso è da 8,5VDC a 60VDC ed è fornita tramite il terminale a vite J2, che rappresenta l'alimentazione principale che fornisce energia a tutta la PCB.
Sezione commutazione:
Il carico 1 è +5VDC-1A, quindi per questo MOSFET adatto è l'AO3400A.
Il carico 2 è +50VDC-2A, quindi per questo MOSFET basta l'IRF520, ma questo MOSFET non si accende direttamente tramite il pin IO di ESP32 perché la tensione dei pin IO di ESP32-WROOM è di 3,3V, che non è sufficiente per attivare l'IRF520. Per risolvere questo problema ho creato un driver per MOSFET usando un transistor PNP 2N3906.
