My responsibilities have included drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating various types of contracts, such as Master Services Agreements, Consulting Services Agreements, Amendments, Addendums, Statements of Work, Order Forms, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, NDAs, as well as corporate agreements for office space leases, travel and accommodation, website development, immigration services, and legal services. I also manage contract negotiations, encompassing risk management and identifying and implementing best practices to provide sustainable solutions for our clients.

I have implemented a smart contract database, which centralizes all communications and documentations related to our contracts for convenient future reference.
