Need help with a Windows or software problem? Send me the error message and a short description before ordering so I can check whether remote support is suitable.
This package includes up to 1 hour of remote troubleshooting for one agreed issue on one Windows computer. I can help with software installation errors, printer setup, Windows settings, and common Microsoft 365 problems.
We will agree on a session time. You stay at your computer, approve any remote connection, and enter your own passwords. I will explain proposed changes before making them.
You will receive a summary of the checks, changes and outcome. Some problems need more time, replacement hardware or help from the software provider; I cannot promise every issue can be fixed remotely.
Please have a current backup and valid software licences. Hardware repair, data recovery, password or licence bypasses, and ongoing support are not included. One revision covers clarification of the session notes. Extra troubleshooting needs an agreed scope.

Can you guarantee a fix?

Do I need to share my passwords?
No. Stay at your computer and enter your own passwords when needed. We will agree on a suitable remote-support method before the session. You approve the connection and proposed changes.
