Do you make the DNS changes for me, or just tell me what's wrong?
This is a diagnostic audit only — I identify every issue and explain exactly how to fix it, but I don't edit your DNS myself. If you also want the fixes implemented, message me before ordering and I'll quote that separately.
What do you need from me to get started?
Just your domain name. No login credentials, no DNS panel access, no admin rights — the entire scan is read-only.
Will this work with my email provider (Gmail, Outlook, Zoho, custom server, etc.)?
Yes. The scan works at the DNS level, so it's compatible with any provider — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho, cPanel/webmail, or a fully custom mail server.
What if my domain comes back with a good grade — was it a waste?
No — a clean report is valuable too. It gives you documented proof your setup is secure, which is useful for client trust, compliance, or just peace of mind before a big email campaign.
How is this different from other SPF/DKIM/DMARC gigs?
Most sellers jump straight to editing your DNS. I give you the full diagnostic picture first — every finding cited against the relevant RFC — so you know exactly what's wrong and why before anything gets changed.
What's the difference between the three packages?
Basic covers 9 core checks with a grade and score. Standard adds SMTP/STARTTLS server analysis and a prioritized fix-first roadmap. Premium adds a second scan after your fixes, comparing before/after results.
How long does delivery take?
