Current Role: HR Department Clerk I am currently working as a Clerk in the Human Resources Department at a reputed university, where I have been serving since March 2024. In this role, I am responsible for managing and maintaining sensitive employee data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility at all times. My daily responsibilities include handling employee records, updating databases, preparing reports, and supporting HR operations. I work extensively with spreadsheets and digital tools to organize large volumes of information, making it easier for management to make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities In my current role, I have developed strong expertise in: Data entry, validation, and cleaning of employee records Managing and updating large datasets (650+ employees) Creating structured Excel sheets for HR reporting Formatting and organizing data for clarity and usability Generating reports for internal audits and decision-making Maintaining accuracy and consistency in official records Supporting recruitment and documentation processes Handling confidential data with integrity and professionalism This role has strengthened my ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and ensure data accuracy even when dealing with complex and high-volume datasets.
