Have you actually published apps before?
Yes — my own driving theory exam app is live on Google Play (designed, built and released 100% by me), and two more apps are on the way to the App Store. I'll share the link on request.
Do you design the app or only code it?
Both. I'm a UX/UI designer with 6+ years of experience, so every package includes custom UI design. You approve the design first, then I build exactly what you approved.
