The Executive Officer- Reporting, Sales and Distribution Unit is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the reporting processes, sales analysis, and distribution strategies 1. Develop and implement reporting frameworks to track sales performance, market trends, and distribution. 2. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and market expansion. 3. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, providing insights based on data driven analysis 4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement sales initiatives 5. Work with the distribution network, ensuring efficient logistics and timely delivery of products to customers. 6. Optimize distribution processes and workflows to minimize costs and enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Monitor Product inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain management to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts. 8. Conduct regular performance reviews and analysis to dentify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions 9. Provide leadership and guidance to the reporting, sales, and distribution teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and learning 10. Support team members to develop their skills and capabirses, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Essential Competencies & Requirement 1. Proven experience in sales, reporting, or customer management 2. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. 3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences. 4. Advance level of Computer Proficiency, PPT, Word, Excel, and Power BI
