I hold a Diploma (D3) in English Literature and have extensive experience working with the English language through teaching, writing, translation, and proofreading. I also have professional experience as a Secretary to a Manager at PT PLN (Persero), where I handled administrative tasks, documents, correspondence, and professional communication.
