My coaching style is direct, organised, and no-nonsense. That doesn't mean aggressive or fake alpha coaching. It means clear standards, honest check-ins, and real accountability.

I focus on systems, routine, measurable action, and daily execution.
This is not vague life coaching.
This is structured accountability with clear expectations and practical follow-through.
Basic: 1-hour strategy call + 7-day action plan
Standard: 14 days accountability + 2 calls
Premium: 30 days accountability + 4 weekly calls

While I provide the tools, support, and accountability to help you succeed, the final results depend on your commitment and effort. Together, we’ll maximize your chances of success, but reaching your goals is a partnership that requires active participation on your side.
What methods do you use to encourage progress?
I focus on clear goal-setting, regular progress tracking, and positive reinforcement through daily check-ins. I also provide motivational tips, practical strategies, and celebrate your wins to keep your momentum strong. Accountability combined with encouragement is key to sustained motivation.
How often will we communicate?
You’ll get daily check-ins to keep you on track and one weekly video call to review your progress. At the end of each month, we’ll do a deeper reflection session to see what worked, what didn’t, and how to improve next month.
What happens during the weekly video calls?
The video calls are focused on reviewing your progress, celebrating wins, addressing any challenges, and adjusting your action plan as needed. It’s a collaborative, supportive space to keep your momentum going.
Can I extend the coaching beyond the initial package?
Yes! Many clients choose to continue after the initial package. We can easily extend the accountability partnership for as long as you need support.
Is this motivation coaching or therapy?
No. This is structured accountability focused on action, habits, and follow-through, not therapy or motivation talks.
