Independent practice advising foreign individuals and companies on establishing and operating in Türkiye. Areas of work include company formation and corporate compliance documentation (employment contracts, workplace regulations, internal policies), KVKK (Turkish data protection) compliance, drafting and reviewing contracts under Turkish law, residence and work permits, citizenship applications and property purchases by foreign nationals. I also advise on financial services regulation and AML/CFT compliance, and on legal aspects of information security and cybersecurity. I hold a Capital Markets Board (SPK) Level 2 licence and I have passed the MASAK Compliance Officer licensing exam and waiting for the licence. I also prepare written legal opinions on regulatory questions, with statute and article references. All services are provided in English and Turkish.

After qualifying as an attorney, I spent approximately four years at two different law firms to gain broad experience across different areas of law before establishing my own practice. My work there focused on corporate and commercial law, contract drafting and negotiation (including cross-border agreements), KVKK and GDPR compliance, e-commerce regulation, company formation and trade registry procedures, and corporate governance. I also handled litigation, mediation and arbitration under Turkish civil, commercial and labour law, and served as ongoing legal counsel to clients in sectors including technology, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and advertising.
