FAQ
Do you include the source files?
Yes! The Standard and Premium packages included layered AI/PSD source files at no extra cost. For the Basic package, the final file is delivered as a hi-res PNG or JPG. If you need the source file for the Basic tier, you can add it as an extra.
Do I get full commercial rights?
Yes-- all packages include full commercial use rights by default. You can use your designs for print, products, marketing, or branding without any restrictions.
Do you create more than one design concept?
Absolutely! If you'd like additional concept sketches to choose from, select the Concept Exploration gig extra when placing your order.
What if I need my project delivered faster?
I offer a Priority Delivery option to move your project to the front of my to-do list and deliver it in half the standard turnaround time. Just select this gig extra when ordering.
What if I'm not sure what I want yet?
No problem! I can help brainstorm visual directions and provide mood boards or style references to guide the process-- just send me a message before ordering, and we'll find the perfect vibe for your project.
