As the Founder and Lead Cloud Accountant at Accurex Business Advisory, I manage a team of professionals providing end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and USA tax preparation services for clients across multiple industries. I specialize in on-boarding businesses into cloud accounting systems, optimizing workflows, ensuring accurate financial records, and delivering reliable, compliant reporting. I lead the complete on-boarding and migration process for clients using QuickBooks Online, Xero, Wave, and Odoo ERP. This includes 1. new account setup, 2. chart of accounts configuration, 3. historical data migration, 4. automation setup, and 5. ensuring a smooth transition from previous software. My team and I handle daily bookkeeping, bank and credit card reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable management, monthly closing, and preparation of accurate financial statements. For clients using Odoo ERP, I supervise the implementation of key modules including Finance, Inventory, CRM, Sales, Purchase, HR, and POS systems. I ensure that each module is configured based on the client’s workflow and integrated to provide a seamless, efficient business system. I also oversee payroll processing, multi-state compliance, and sales tax filing for small to medium-sized businesses. At year-end, I prepare complete USA tax filings for individuals and businesses, including 1040, 1040NR, 1040SR, 1065, 1120, and 1120S, using professional tax software such as TurboTax, ProConnect, FreeTaxUSA, and TaxAct. My responsibilities include quality control, communication with clients, financial data cleanup, reviewing complex transactions, and ensuring every client receives accurate, timely, and audit-ready books. I combine cloud technology with accounting expertise to help businesses stay compliant, make better decisions, and maintain financial clarity throughout the year.
