What is the difference between MLS and IDX?
MLS (Multiple Listing Service) is the private property database used by real estate agents. IDX (Internet Data Exchange) is the tool that displays approved MLS listings on your WordPress website so visitors can search active properties online.
Do you provide MLS data or MLS access?
No, I don't provide MLS data or MLS approval. You need an active MLS account in your region plus an IDX provider account (IDX Broker, iHomeFinder, Showcase IDX, etc.). Once you have those, I handle the integration on your WordPress site.
Which IDX providers do you work with?
I work with IDX Broker, iHomeFinder, Showcase IDX, RealtyPress, Realtyna, dsIDXpress, and most providers. If your MLS uses a custom feed, message me first and I'll confirm.
I have MLS access but no IDX provider yet. Can you help?
Yes. Message me your MLS region, and I'll recommend the best IDX provider for your market. IDX Broker is most common in the US, iHomeFinder is strong for teams, Showcase IDX is best for SEO and lead capture.
Can you build a complete real estate website with IDX?
Yes. My Standard and Premium packages include a full WordPress real estate website with IDX/MLS integration, property search pages, neighborhood pages, lead capture, and CRM setup. Perfect for agents, realtors, brokers, and investors.
My existing IDX is broken or ugly. Can you fix it?
Yes. IDX troubleshooting and fixes are part of every package. Common fixes: broken property search, slow IDX page loads, missing listings, lead capture not firing, IDX styling that doesn't match your theme. Send me your site link for a free check.
Will the IDX pages match my website design?
Yes. IDX page styling matched to your brand is included in every package. Property search results, listing detail pages, and lead capture forms will match your WordPress site's colors, fonts, and overall design.
Can IDX leads go to my email or CRM?
Yes. Lead capture wired to your CRM is included in the Premium package. I integrate with kvCORE, Lofty, BoldTrail, Follow Up Boss, Chime, GoHighLevel, Wise Agent, LionDesk, and most major real estate CRMs.
