Oversee daily site operations for infrastructure projects, including civil and electrical works, ensuring all activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications. • Assisted the Resident Engineer/Project Manager in supervising and managing construction activities. • Prepare the Monthly Progress Report (MPR) for the project, coordinate with the client to review progress, reappropriate man-months as required, and update or amend invoices while resolving any issues related to reimbursable billing. • Analyzed, evaluated, and forecasted project status against the approved baseline schedule, identifying schedule deviations and assessing the impact of changes, delays, and variations. • Assisted in preparation and monitoring of project schedules, WBS and reports using Primavera P6. • Work on project receivable effectively, including preparation of regular and supplementary invoices, bill verification, and client coordination regarding invoice discrepancies and withheld amounts. • Optimize proposals, tender documents, technical specification, project reports and technical specification as per standards. • Work closely with all engineering departments and stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of project deliverables. • Prepared engineer estimates, BOQs, and performed rate analysis for accurate budgeting and cost control. • Review Submittals, interim payment certificates (IPCs) of contractor as per actual work done on site. • Maintained documentation of site activities, including daily logs, RFIs, progress reports, MIRs and site inspection records. • Managed procurement processes, including preparing requests, verifying material specifications, and liaising with vendors to ensure timely and compliant deliveries. • Reviewed & prepared the tender and construction drawings using AutoCAD and made the necessary corrections.
