I build SolidWorks models and assemblies that actually work in the real world.

If you have a hand sketch, a 2D PDF, or a messy assembly with parts that aren't mating correctly, I will turn them into clean, manufacturing ready 3D CAD files.

My focus is on the physics and mechanics. I don't just build static 3D shapes; I design parts that align, pivot, slide, and stop exactly the way they should in reality.

2. Moving Mechanisms: Designing hinges, linkages, and pivots with realistic physical limits.

3. Weldments & Frames: Designing steel structures, brackets, and sheet metal parts.

My WorkFlow:

I look for practical design issues. If a bracket is going to collide with a frame, or if a linkage doesn't have enough clearance to swing, Ill catch it in the assembly phase and help you fix it before you waste money on manufacturing.
