Managed end to end Shopify and Etsy eCommerce projects focused on Print on Demand (POD) and Dropshipping business models. Successfully assisted brands, entrepreneurs, and startups in launching professional online stores designed to attract customers, generate sales, and build long term business growth. My responsibilities included complete Shopify store setup, Etsy shop creation, niche research, competitor analysis, product sourcing, supplier integration, POD product creation, product listing optimization, collection organization, store branding, and conversion focused store customization. I developed visually appealing storefronts that aligned with brand identity while ensuring a seamless customer experience across desktop and mobile devices. For Print on Demand businesses, I created and uploaded products, configured product variants, optimized mockups, managed fulfillment integrations, and established efficient workflows to streamline order processing. For Dropshipping stores, I conducted extensive product research, identified high potential products, connected reliable suppliers, and implemented effective inventory management systems. Additionally, I optimized product titles, descriptions, tags, categories, and metadata using SEO best practices to improve store visibility and search rankings on both Shopify and Etsy. I also assisted with payment gateway setup, shipping configuration, policy creation, store navigation, and customer journey optimization to maximize conversion rates.
