Context & Challenge: While working in the Sustainability department of a major insurance corporation, I identified a critical opportunity for operational optimization. The management of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) demands was fragmented and heavily dependent on manual processes. This made it difficult to accurately track productivity and preserve the historical data of complex, long-term projects. My Solution (The Albyia Ecosystem): I developed an integrated data ecosystem, merging the agility of Microsoft Planner with the analytical power of Power BI. I implemented a streamlined workflow where every task logged in Planner automatically fed into customized Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), transforming raw operational data into actionable business intelligence. The Result: The project delivered robust data governance, empowering managers to: Monitor team workload in real-time, effectively identifying and eliminating bottlenecks. Forecast delays through deadline trend analysis (SLA tracking). Secure data legacy, ensuring that all technical history was preserved for rigorous audits and strategic sustainability reporting.
