Seller said that it was completed on June 4 but did not send a file. Contacted on June 4th and 5th. No response. Unless something changes, don't buy from this seller.

Decent talent, but absolutely nowhere near on par with the display pictures. Also, he just takes a picture of what he drew, at an angle and it is difficult to see it well. For $5 I don't feel ripped off, but it certainly was not worth me buying again.
