Which technologies do you use?
Your site is built with Next.js and React (TypeScript), which makes it fast, mobile-friendly and ready to grow. The AI chatbot is integrated into the site and trained on your services and FAQs. You do not need any technical knowledge — I handle the build and explain everything in plain language.
Do I own the website and get the source code?
Yes. On completion the website is yours, including the source code. I will hand over the finished site and explain how it is set up. If the site is hosted under your own accounts (recommended), you keep full control of them at all times.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Your business name, the services you offer, the towns or areas you cover, your phone number and email for enquiries, and your logo and photos if you have them. For the chatbot, a list of the questions customers ask you most. If some of this is not ready, message me — we can start with what you have.
Will the chatbot really answer my customers?
The chatbot answers common questions using the services and information you provide, and guides visitors towards calling you or sending an enquiry form. It is set up and tested on your content before launch.
Can you deploy / launch the site for me?
Yes — launching the finished site is part of the process, and I will confirm with you where it will be hosted before we start. You will need your own hosting and domain accounts so the site stays fully under your control.
Will my website rank first on Google?
No honest developer can promise that, and I will not. What I do deliver is an SEO-ready build: sensible page structure, titles, meta descriptions and a sitemap, on a fast Next.js site — the correct technical foundation.
How do revisions work?
Each package includes the stated number of revision rounds for changes to the agreed pages and content — for example text tweaks, photo swaps and layout adjustments. Revisions do not add new pages or new features beyond the package scope.
My business is not in the US / I need something different — can you help?
Yes, I work with business owners internationally, and all communication is in clear written English in the Fiverr chat. If your project is bigger or different — more pages, multiple locations, a redesign of an existing Next.js site — message me first and I will build you a custom offer.
