We are a multi-disciplinary engineering team providing accurate and organized Material Take-Off (MTO), BOQ and quantity take-off services from engineering drawings and documents.

Disciplines we support:

  • Piping
  • HVAC

  • Other engineering disciplines based on scope


We work with: PDF, DWG, P&ID, Isometric, Layouts, 3D Models and Specifications.


Deliverable: Professional MTO/BOQ in Excel or your required format.


Pricing: Starting from 2,500 / $30 per document + per discipline.

The price is not fixed and will depend on document complexity, scope, quantity and requirements.
