The quality of the final delivery isn't in question. The product is good, and the drawing is exactly what I wanted it to be. It's just very hard to work with this artist because she doesn't stay in contact about delays and delivers late. If you have a lot of time, then this service is great, but if you need things when the due date is, I'd look elsehwere.
