Aug 2021 - Present • 5 yrs 2 mos
I have been managing e-commerce businesses since 2021, starting with domestic online sales in Japan and later expanding into cross-border e-commerce serving customers in Singapore. My work includes product research, product listing creation, localization, pricing, competitor research, customer communication, and day-to-day store operations. I mainly work with Japanese beauty, cosmetics, lifestyle, and consumer products. This hands-on experience has given me a practical understanding of both Japanese customers and international e-commerce.
