I order a custom order. They didnt delivery the order, only one page of 4. And they didn´t change that was wrong in that recording... so i have nothing i can use from this order.

In our case, she was kind enough to take our order, but the voice-over was meant for someone speaking faster than she managed. In the end, her audio was longer than my entire video, which already had subtitles. Also, at the beginning, the material was not sent in a proper format.
