I develop and maintain ARIA, an internal AI assistant that helps employees access information and automate tasks across departments. I built its full pipeline — from the local AI model and knowledge retrieval system to the backend and database integrations with our internal systems. I also built two real-time dashboards used by the purchasing and logistics teams to track purchase orders and international shipments, replacing manual, spreadsheet-based tracking with live monitoring and automated alerts. Beyond that, I've contributed to a supplier early-payment portal (documentation and training materials), a WhatsApp customer service bot for one of our product lines, and automation projects that save the finance team hours of manual report work each week.
