Cleaned up our plumbing books by correctly separating COGS (parts/materials) from overhead and fixing miscategorized charges. Reconciled bank/credit cards and organized vendor bills, payments, and deposits so the numbers finally matched. Now our QuickBooks reports are accurate and job profitability is clear—highly recommended.
