In this role, • started from a scratch an in-house English program in Bogotá and then brought it to Medellín and Cali: developed engaging and effective educational materials and training programs, utilizing multimedia tools and learning technologies, and created approximately 300 different classes to address various learning objectives customizing content and teaching methods to suit different levels and professional needs, designed sessions in CLIL methodology on soft skills, communication skills, cross-cultural communication, pronunciation, and English well-being, • taught ESL to colleagues across various roles as well as provided advice and support on the correct use of English in professional contexts and offered guidance on cultural differences affecting international communication and collaboration, • created an in-house placement test based on Cambridge English standards and assessed the English proficiency of over 900 Endavans in Colombia and Mexico, • started and managed an internal English Channel on Slack and Teams, making weekly posts on phrasal verbs, idioms, and common mistakes to enhance continuous learning, • motivated and encouraged employee participation in in-house English activities through internal promotion, effective communication, and creating incentives to foster continuous professional development, • participated in regular workshops and training sessions to enhance my soft skills and computer skills (advanced MC Excel, PowerBI, Power Automate) as well as improve my general well-being.
