Do you provide videos in any language other than English?
I only speak English and Serbian. PLEASE DON'T PLACE THE ORDER, IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT.
I don't have a voice over. Can you do it from your side?
No problem, high quality human-like AI voice-over is included in the price. You only need to choose a male or female voice, as well as the accent you prefer.
Do you provide script writing services?
No, that’s out of my scope because quality courses require specialized content creators which exceeds my knowledge and experience.
Do you offer 1080p HD?
Yes, I do.
What is your revision policy?
I am flexible on revisions as long as the request is reasonable and doesn't include changes in initial requirements, scripts, or voiceovers. Also, please request all your issues at once after the first delivery, not one by one.
What is your refund policy?
Your satisfaction is important to me so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you get a full refund or exchange the video for another one. You can ask for a refund until after 7 days of final delivery. Once the refund is made, use of the video for any purpose is prohibited.
Can I have a link to your samples to get a feel of your work?
Of course! Simply send me a message and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
