The Ghibli Museum was one of the highlights of our trip and after being up from 3 am until 5 am trying (and failing) to get tickets, Niko helped us out. The process was soooo smooth and the communication was great. He totally delivered! I can highly recommend this was worth the money.

Highly recommend! Securing Ghibli Museum tickets is notoriously tough, but she handled it with incredible professionalism and speed. She answered all my questions, exceeded my expectations, and gave us great peace of mind for our trip. Five stars.

Working with Neko is great. He is very proactive, responsive and works very well. I believe he's extremely reliable in getting the tickets. The only thing is I believe the price is very high. And that's the main reason he's not getting a 5. Driver behind is that for 2 tickets (which cost 5.5€ each + plus shipment), I had to pay 210€.
