Freelance domain and business email specialist helping business owners, freelancers and online stores get their online presence working properly, securely and without downtime. Key responsibilities: Connect IONOS domains to hosting platforms and online stores Configure and troubleshoot DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT) and fix domains that won't load Install and verify SSL certificates so sites run on HTTPS with no browser warnings Set up business email on Google Workspace, Zoho Mail, Fastmail, Titan Email and Proton Mail using custom domains Configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC so emails reach the inbox instead of spam Set up WHOIS privacy and security settings to protect owner details Create IONOS email accounts and test sending and receiving across devices How I work: I review each client's setup before making changes, double-check DNS records to avoid unnecessary downtime, test everything at the end, and keep clients updated throughout.
