Most websites don’t need more bells and whistles. They need someone who cuts through the noise and builds what actually works.
That’s where I come in.
For 5+ years, I’ve specialized in building and fixing high-functionality WordPress platforms:
• Directories & Marketplaces (Real Estate, Job Boards, Classifieds)
• WooCommerce & Custom E-Commerce
• Custom Dev & Bug Fixes (PHP, JS, HTML/CSS, Elementor)
No overpromising. No unnecessary complexity. Just clear communication and smart execution.
Tell me what you’re building. I’ll help you build it right.

FAQ
Can users submit their own listings and manage them from a dashboard?
Yes! I set up complete frontend user registration and dashboard functionality. Members can register, submit ad listings, upload media, select pricing tiers, and manage or renew their active listings directly from their own account page.
How can I monetize my classified or business directory website?
We can configure multiple revenue models: charging users per listing submission, offering recurring monthly or annual membership subscriptions, setting up paid "Featured" or "Top Category" ad spots, or placing WooCommerce banner ads across your site.
Can you build custom fields and filters specific to my niche (Real Estate, Cars, Job Board)?
Yes. I create custom input fields, tailored dropdown search filters, and location-based radius map search options designed specifically for your target industry, whether it's real estate, a job portal, or local business listings.
Do I need to buy a specific theme or plugin before placing an order?
Please message me prior to ordering! Depending on your exact feature needs, I will recommend the lightest, most cost-effective directory stack or custom setup so you don't waste money on unnecessary tools.
Can I integrate custom payment gateways like Stripe or PayPal?
Yes. I connect major payment gateways including Stripe, PayPal, and WooCommerce-supported payment options so you can process automated payments and recurring subscriptions worldwide.
Will I be able to easily manage the site after you deliver the project?
Yes! I build user-friendly backend controls so you can approve listings, edit content, adjust pricing packages, and manage users without typing a single line of code.

Her response was methodical and comprehensive, so I chose Nermal to do the work, over slightly cheaper alternatives. I did add to the brief...
