FAQ
Do I need a paid Notion plan to use the dashboards you build?
The Basic and Standard packages are fully functional on Notion's free plan. The Premium package leverages Notion AI and advanced automations, which require a Notion Plus or Business plan ($8–$15/month). I'll always disclose requirements b
Can you migrate my existing client data (spreadsheets, Trello, Asana) into Notion?
Yes. For Standard and Premium orders, I include a data migration session. You'll share your existing files, and I'll map and import the data into your new Notion workspace. CSV and spreadsheet formats work best
Will the SOP templates be generic or customized for my agency type?
Every SOP is custom-drafted based on your services. Whether you run a video production studio, a marketing agency, or a design firm, the templates reflect your actual workflow steps not boilerplate content copied from a library
How many team members can use the workspace?
Notion workspaces can accommodate unlimited guests on free plans (with limited permissions) and full seats on paid plans. I structure your workspace with role-based access in mind team members, freelancers, and clients each see only what they need
Can clients outside my team access the portal without a Notion account?
Yes. With Notion's "Share to Web" feature, clients can view their dedicated portal including briefs, deliverable status, and invoices without creating a Notion account. Edit permissions are kept internal for security
Can you integrate the Notion system with tools like Zapier, Slack, or Google Calendar?
Yes ! I build Zapier or Make.com automations that connect your Notion workspace to Slack for notifications, Google Calendar for deadline syncing, and Gmail for client communication
My agency has unusual workflows. Can you build something truly bespoke?
Bespoke builds are the core of this service. During the requirements phase, I ask detailed questions about your workflow before touching a single database. The final output will reflect how your team actually operates, not a generic template
Will you provide documentation or training so my team can maintain the system?
Standard and Premium packages include a written setup guide embedded directly inside your Notion workspace. Premium also includes a Loom screen-recorded walkthrough (10–15 min) covering every module, property, and maintenance task
What if I need to scale the system as my agency grows?
Premium clients get 14 days of post-delivery support. Beyond that, I offer a retainer add-on for ongoing Notion workspace maintenance and scaling. Message me after delivery to discuss a monthly systems retainer tailored to your growth stage
