Is the voiceover a real person?
No. It is a licensed, natural sounding AI voice. You approve the script first, so pronunciation of product names is checked before recording.
My SOP is messy or just bullet notes. Is that OK?
Yes. Restructuring rough notes into clear stages is part of the job. If anything is unclear I ask before writing.
What if my SOP is over 600 words?
Basic covers one SOP up to 600 words. Standard covers two SOPs, Premium five. Message me first and I will confirm the right package.
What files do I receive?
MP4 video (1080p), slides as PDF, checklist as print ready PDF. Standard and Premium add the editable slide file and an SRT caption file.
Can you use my brand colors and logo?
All packages include your logo. Premium applies your full brand colors and fonts across slides, video and checklist.
Do you show a presenter on camera?
No. Videos are faceless: clean visual slides with smooth transitions, on-screen text, and narration. This keeps them easy to update when your process changes.
