Improved forecast accuracy and resource planning. - Customer propensity model: predicted which customers would make repeat purchases within 12 months, using loyalty, purchase frequency and CLV features. Enabled targeted retention campaigns. - Customer Lifetime Value model: predicted future CLV per customer and measured the impact of selling products with and without services. Presented to senior leadership to guide acquisition and loyalty spend. - Ecommerce conversion analysis: modelled user journeys from Adobe Analytics clickstream data using a Markov model to identify high-converting paths. Delivered an interactive Tableau dashboard to the UI team. Stack: Python, SQL, Pandas, LightGBM, Tableau, Power BI.
